As the Seth Berge Brands enter a new phase of growth, we’re excited to introduce Jared Novack, who has recently joined the team as Director of Operations across Regenerative Revival, SethBerge.com, and Precision Biologics.
In this role, Jared will be responsible for building and refining the systems, processes, and operational structure that will support long-term, scalable growth across each brand.
His focus is simple but critical: remove friction, create clarity, and empower teams to perform at a high level.
A Foundation Built on Operations and Leadership
Jared brings a deep background in operations management, team leadership, and workflow optimization. Before transitioning into healthcare and regenerative medicine, he built a 15 year career in the automotive industry; an environment known for high standards, tight margins, and fast-paced execution.
In that environment, Jared directly managed teams of 25+ employees on a daily basis, overseeing daily operations, performance standards, and accountability at scale. He upheld strict quality controls while improving operational efficiency in demanding, high-pressure settings. These experiences shaped his ability to think strategically while staying grounded in execution; skills that translate directly into managing complex, multi-brand organizations.
Driving Scale Across Multiple Brands
As he steps into the Director of Operations role across all Seth Berge brands, Jared will play a key role in helping align vision with execution over time. From backend systems and compliance workflows to team communication and process design, his work ensures that growth happens sustainably—not chaotically.
Whether supporting Regenerative Revival’s operations, strengthening the infrastructure behind SethBerge.com, or helping scale Precision Biologics—Jared’s focus remains the same: build systems that support people and protect the brand.

Life Outside the Office
Originally from South Florida, Jared values time with his fiancé, Shannon Lonergan, and their three boys—Alexander (13), Nathan (10), and Bennett (10). Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, exploring new places, taking peaceful walks on the beach, and discovering new coffee shops . . . if you ask him, coffee definitely runs through his blood. He’s also a proud Florida Panthers fan.
